Access to the Exhibit Hall ONLY. Tuesday Reception in the Exhibit Hall included. Exhibitors should not be registered under this category. Exhibitors will need to have an exhibitor badge in order to access the hall before and after hours. Any change to badges onsite will result in a $100 badge re-print fee.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing to SOFIC@experient-inc.com.
Cancellations for full conference registration categories received by May 1, 2020 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this event after May 1, 2020. Substitutions for this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations for Raffle Tickets are non-refundable.
Please Note: This policy does not apply to exhibit booth cancellations.
By registering for SOFIC you understand that badge sharing is prohibited. Badge sharing means lending your badge to someone else or using someone else's badge to gain access to any SOFIC event. Any lost or stolen badges are subject to a reprint fee of $100. Replacement fees are non-refundable.
Safety & Security
Your safety and security are important to us. For SOFIC, we continue to implement enhanced security measures. Here is what you can expect and should prepare for as you plan your SOFIC experience.
You must present a government-issued photo ID to pick up your badge on-site. Each person must pick up their own badge.
Tips to Speed Up Your Entrance
Leave luggage, large bags, and bulky clothing at your hotel. No coat or luggage check will be available at the convention center.
Plan ahead! Allow extra time to enter show venues and arrive at meetings and events.
Bag Search & Security Procedures
For security purposes, first time access for all attendees to the Tampa Convention Center is via the Channelside Entry on the second level. Here you will go through security and are subject to bag checks. Once registered with your conference badge, you will be able to access all entrances.
No personal firearms or ammunition will be permitted at SOFIC. The only firearms allowed in the Tampa Convention Center during the event must belong to Law Enforcement Officers or be on display by exhibitors whose firing pins have been removed and inspected.
Please Note: All large bags and pelican cases will be searched. Please be sure to leave sufficient time to get through security and registration.
