PLEASE NOTE: No personal firearms or ammunition will be permitted at 2018 SOFIC. The only firearms allowed in the Convention Center during the event must belong to Law Enforcement Officers or be on display by exhibitors whose firing pins have been removed and have been inspected.  All bags are subject to random search. 

Registration hours

*Senior Industry Executive Forums: Large Companies & Small Business

Space is limited to the forums and advanced registration is required. Neither onsite registrations or substitutions will be accepted. Participation is on a first come, first served basis and limited to two Executive members from each company who carry the title of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), or President, space permitting. All registrations must be approved prior to processing. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your participation in the Forum.

UPDATE: The Senior Industry Executive Forums: Small and Large Business are now SOLD OUT. If you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please email Trish Wildt at twildt@ndia.org.

The Small Business SIEF will take place on Tuesday, May 22, 9:30– 11:00 am and is for companies that have $10 million or less in defense related revenue. The Large Business SIEF will take place on Wednesday, May 23, 9:45 – 11:15 am and is for companies with defense related revenue of $10 million or more.

**For the second year in 2018, NDIA will be hosting Operation SOFtalk, a networking reception Wednesday evening, from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at the historic Ritz Ybor. This event is a great opportunity for attendees to engage with USSOCOM in an informal environment. This includes access to some of USSOCOM’s senior leaders and acquisition, technology, and logistics experts to further discussions outside the conference. The evening will also include not to miss live entertainment to make for a one of a kind event. Hors d'evours and a beer/wine bar will be included in the purchase of your ticket. Casual attire is encouraged. Just announced, Highway to Hell, an AC/DC tribute band will be performing live.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email to SOFIC@Showcare.com. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received by May 11, 2018 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this event after May 11, 2018. Substitutions for this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations.

Please Note: This policy does not apply to exhibit booth cancellations.

Cancellations for the Mastering Business Development Workshop received by May 9, 2018 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refund will be given for this workshop after May 9, 2018. Substitutions are welcome and are encouraged. Please email Britt Sullivan at bsullivan@ndia.org with any registration cancellation/substitution requests. Cancellations for the Operation SOFtalk reception is fully refundable if received by May 11, 2018. Please note that Raffle Tickets are non-refundable.
